However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

We offer a full refund or exchange only in the following cases:

In these cases, you may choose between a full refund or an exchange for another item.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

  • All original tags and packaging must be attached.

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
